SportsCenter Rules and Regulations
The SportsCenter Facility is for your fun and enjoyment.
We ask that you respect the facility, the SportsCenter staff and the following
rules:

Members, a member's family, guests and invitees, including
renters, are required to sign the daily register upon entering the
SportsCenter. This includes use of the outdoor tennis courts, the paddle
ball court, or outdoor pool.

Renters may not bring additional guests into the SportsCenter.

No pets are permitted in the SportsCenter.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the SportsCenter and smoking is only
permitted in the entrance area.

No skis, snowboards, ski boots, or poles are allowed in the SportsCenter.

With the exception of the locker and pool areas, appropriate attire, including
shirts, shorts, etc. must be worn inside the SportsCenter: a bathing suit
alone or shorts without a shirt is not sufficient. Persons who are clothed
inappropriately will be asked to leave by the SportsCenter staff; flagrant
disregard may lead to suspension of SportsCenter privileges of
members, the member's family, guests and invitees, including renters.

Any member, the member's family, guests and invitees, including renters of
the SportsCenter may be liable for any property and/or personal injury
caused by him or herself or by members of his or her family while engaged
in any function, event, or activity operated, sponsored or arranged by
Season on Mount Snow Condominium Owners Association and its agents,
including but limited to the management company, its employees and
representatives and the staff of the SportsCenter.

Any member, the member's family, guests and invitees, including renter,
who, in any manner, use or accept the use of any appliance, apparatus,
facility, privilege or service whatsoever owned, leased or operated by the
SportsCenter OR any members, the member's family, guests and invitees,
including renters who engage in any activity, function, contest game,
exercise or competition operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the
SportsCenter, whether on the Seasons grounds or not, agrees to do so at his
or her own risk and, further, agrees to hold Seasons on Mount Snow
Condominium Owners Association and its agents, including but not limited to
the management company, its employees and representatives and the staff of
the SportsCenter, harmless from any and all liability.

Any person observed violating the rules and regulations of the Seasons
SportsCenter or observed damaging property or the Seasons on Mount Snow
Condominium Owners Associations, Inc., or observed conducting him or
herself in an otherwise disorderly manner, will be asked to leave the
facility and may be denied further use of the facilities without any refund
of consideration.
POOL RULES

Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

No jumping or diving is allowed at any time. Also, there shall be no
running, pushing or roughhousing while in or around the pools or spas.

No street shoes are allowed in the pool area.

Proper bathing attire only. No cut off shorts allowed. Any child still
wearing diapers must wear swim diapers while in the pool.

No food, chewing gum or drinks of any kind are permitted in the pool area
or in the locker areas adjacent to the indoor pool at anytime.

Under no circumstances are bottles, glass or sharp objects allowed in or
around the pools or spas or in locker room facilities.

Please shower before entering the pool and /or spas.
SPAS
WARNING - DO NOT exceed 15 minutes in the spa. INDIVIDUALS
IN POOR HEALTH, WITH HEART CONDITIONS OR PREGNANT SHOULD NOT USE SPAS WITHOUT DOCTORS
APPROVAL. Use of the spas by small children is not recommended. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF TWO (2) ALLOWED IN THE SPAS.
SAUNAS
WARNING - DO NOT EXCEED 30 MINUTES IN SAUNA. EXCESSIVE
EXPOSURE CAN BE HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH. PERSONS IN POOR HEALTH SHOULD CONSULT THEIR
DOCTOR BEFORE USING. USE BY SMALL CHILDREN IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
Do not place combustible material on heater at any time.
