To the editor:
Another winter, another Seasons homeowners ski race. The race was held on March 1, 2008 on Charlie’s Chase. We had 87 racers. The storm the night before made for some tough conditions on the racecourse; but thanks to Mount Snow the event was a success. This year’s race was top notch and we applaud Vinnie Lewis and his staff of Tim Dolan, Taylor Burdick, Spencer Bresnan and Sara Wolicki for a job well done. Many thanks to Liz Marshall of Sharp Shooters for all the great pictures.
We would also like to thank Liz Laona and crew at the Grand Summit ballroom. Good food, good spirits. We enjoyed the evening.
And last but not least, many thanks to our entertainment, Robbin Zegge for the fantastic face painting and tricks, to Jay McMahon for his mysterious magic and to John Specker for his fiddling follies. It made for a spectacular evening.
